GLOW
GLOW is our free after-school program at Bellevue Elementary School where BES students will learn to Grow, Love, Obey, and Worship God so that they can Go Light Our World with Jesus.
What Does GLOW Look Like?
Each week at GLOW, kids will have a blast being with their friends as they move through four different stations: GLOW time, Games, Surprise, and Snacks! Kids will learn about God’s love and character so that they can experience His presence in their lives.
Questions & Answers
The volunteers for GLOW are all connected to First Church Bellevue. Each of the volunteers has passed a background screening to be able to participate.
All of the content that the kids will be learning comes from the Bible.
If there is no school, such as a snow-day, or a vacation day, then there is no GLOW. GLOW is only when school is in session.
Each child is to be picked up promptly at 5:00p each Wednesday at the Kindergarten Hallway entrance.
Yes. Please only register your child if they are able to stay the full time from 3:30-5:00p and if they are able to join each Wednesday after school, unless sick.
If your child is developing in their artistic/singing or their athletic abilities, that is great! We encourage that! However, for GLOW, we have limited capcity and therefore need students to be committed to being present for all of the GLOW sessions.

Once we receive the interested student rsvps through the sign up window, we will discern our capacity for participants as determined by volunteer to student ratios and space limitations. We will then communicate with you by email a few weeks after sign up sharing if we are able to host your student to participate in GLOW 25-26.
