Not all worship is standing or sitting still. We know kids need to move! Wiggly Worship is a great time for children to learn about Jesus through fun age appropriate lessons. They get to sing and dance to some worship songs, watch a Bible story come to life during large group time, take part in fun activities while diving into their own Bible during small group time, and have a blast during station time either participating in games, crafts, science experiments, cooking, etc. to reinforce the lesson taught that day.
When:
During both Sunday services. (Kids sing the first few songs with their families in the sanctuary and are dismissed around 9:15 & 10:45).
NOTE: For this Summer only, Wiggly Worship will be taking a break. Wee Worship (2-5 years old) will be available during the 10:30 service only.
Who:
3 year olds-6th graders. (0-2 year olds will go to the Nursery where they will have Scripture prayed over them each week and get to play or be held by at least two different loving adults.)
How Kids get a Bible
Children earn their own Bible after they attend Wiggly Worship 7 times. Then, they get their own Bible cover in their favorite colors with their name embroidered on the handle on their 10th time. Badges are then earned each month based on attendance.
